Pastor David and his wife Rut Paniagua co-lead Refuge Church with a deep love for people and a passion for sharing the gospel in a clear, compassionate, and practical way. Together, they have created a welcoming space where new believers can grow in faith and feel truly seen and supported.
Their ministry reflects unity, service, and authenticity, always looking beyond the walls of the church to reach those in need. Whether through preaching, worship, counseling, or community work, the Paniaguas are committed to being a refuge for the broken and a bridge to Christ.
